1. This line is a typical standard product coating line. It is generally used in situations where the products are relatively standard, the product size is not too large and the output requirements are high. 

2. This line uses the QXG250 standard chain as the main body of the workpiece conveying system, which is characterized by low cost, durability and low failure rate. 

3. The layout of the entire line adopts the layout principle of wet and dry zones. The wet zone spraying part is arranged on the side of the workshop wall, and the dry zone coating part is arranged outside near the loading and unloading zone to facilitate centralized management. A bridge-type drying oven is arranged in the middle, which effectively isolates the mutual interference between the painting part and the coating part.

4. The spraying part uses two sets of spraying systems. A set of PP Big Cyclone Magic Color Changing System is used to spray the main products, and a set of manual spraying system for proofing is used to spray a very small amount parts of other colors, which can make the whole line more flexible. 

5. The spray gun adopts Debelle spray gun, which has high powder loading efficiency, fast spraying speed, and good durability.
